Professional registration for technical apprentices
In this session, we heard from Rob Butler, Applicant Support Mentor in Professional Registration and Tom Cheek, the Science Council’s Apprenticeship Lead about professional registration for apprentices.
BIFoR FACE Experiment - Level 4 apprentice
We heard from Samantha Dobbie at BIFoR about their FACE Experiment - one of the world’s largest climate change experiments. Hear from Tom Downes about how his apprenticeship is directly contributing to this important experiment.
Apprentice panel Q&A discussion
We were joined by a panel of apprentices from across the UK who shared their experiences in a Q&A panel discussion; Abby Shipley, the University of Sheffield; Ryan Morrow, University of Kent; Megan Hughes, Newcastle University; and Oliver Bhurtun, Sheffield Hallam University.
