The NTDC team would like to extend our thanks to everyone who contributed to making this year’s Partner Forum an incredible success! From the attendees and inspiring speakers to the innovative exhibitors, your participation and enthusiasm brought this event to life.
Held at our Partner Affiliate, the University of Birmingham, the 2025 NTDC Partner Forum proved to be a hub for networking, knowledge-sharing, and professional growth. Technical colleagues and HR/OD staff from across the UK, including attendees from as far afield as Kent and Edinburgh, gathered to connect, collaborate, and chart the future of technical careers together.
This year’s theme, “Technicians: Empowering Your Future,” focused on fostering meaningful discussions and exploring tangible ways to enhance career opportunities and personal development within the technician community.
Highlights of the Day
The forum offered a packed agenda filled with thought-provoking sessions, hands-on workshops, and inspiring presentations. A particular highlight was the keynote session delivered by the brilliant Helen Charlwood, who captivated the audience with her talk, “Your Career, Your Story, Your Adventure... Are You SOARing to Success?” Her insights into career aspirations and achieving meaningful goals resonated with attendees and set an uplifting tone for the rest of the day.
