Individual coaching for success
Next Steps coaching programmes are focussed on enhancing the skills, effectiveness and performance of individuals to help them achieve their professional goals, based on goals they wan to achieve or challenges they need to overcome.
Examples of coaching we have done include:
Raising self awareness and understanding strengths and areas for development through assessments, observation and feedback
Goal setting and aligning these to the needs of the organisation
Skill development including those areas critical for leadership success such as communication, decision making and emotional intelligence
Being change ready and how to successfully manage strategic change

Details:
Our most effective coaching programmes are three way with the coach, coachee and stakeholder (most likely line manager) to identify development needs and to provide feedback throughout the course of the programme on the difference seen.
The individual will also identify areas they want to use the coaching for.
Coaching programmes will include an intro session, mid point review and close.
Notes:
3, 6 or 12 months programmes can be delivered with 1 x 1.5 hour session per month (dates / times can be flexible) with unlimited support in between sessions for any points of discussion.
One off coaching sessions can also be delivered which focus on a specific challenge or development need.
Group Coaching
With group coaching the answer is in the room. This approach is more interactive, using the power of the group to achieve individual and shared goals at a more cost effective option.
Group coaching can be an ideal way to bring together new teams and first time managers in supportive and facilitated environment.

Our group coaching sessions can be in groups of up to 6 people and we offer 3, 6, or 12 month programmes. A blended approach of group and individuals coaching can also be offered.
