Light-touch updates to ensure relevance (e.g., sense-checking for changes in structure or responsibilities)
Communications and engagement support
Updated versions of previously supplied reports
3 months of follow-up support to request additional reports from the existing dataset
This approach helps plot development over time, offering a clear snapshot of how your technical workforce has evolved. It’s ideal for organisations looking to update their understanding without significantly altering the scope of the original survey — and it comes at a lower price point.
Option 2: The Survey Re-build

The Survey Re-build is a more tailored approach, ideal for organisations ready to go deeper. This option grants access to the latest version of The Survey, incorporating extensive updates drawn from wide national engagement and the addition of around 1,000 new skills and six new skills areas.

Access to the newest survey structure and question sets
Full customisation: add your own questions, focus areas, and bespoke elements
Comprehensive project planning support to tailor the survey to your organisation’s current needs
Dynamic reporting tools using Power BI Software
6 months of custom reporting support, including comparative insights both internally and nationally
The Survey Re-build allows for deeper exploration and broader insights, making it ideal for organisations seeking a more advanced and flexible approach. While this option carries a higher price than the Re-run, reflecting the bespoke nature of this option, it remains more affordable than starting the survey from scratch.
